The U.S. government has filed a lawsuit against Adobe and two top company executives for allegedly deceiving consumers by hiding early termination fees and forcing them to cancel subscriptions to Adobe products. Here are all the details.
The complaint filed Monday by the Justice Department accuses Adobe of pushing consumers into an “annually paid monthly” subscription plan without adequately explaining that canceling the plan within the first year could result in an early termination fee. The complaint also alleges that Adobe’s early termination fee disclosures are hidden in small print or require consumers to hover over small icons to find them. In other words, consumers sign up without being able to clearly see what they are signing up for, and then they have to pay more.
“Americans are tired of companies hiding details when signing up for subscriptions and then setting up roadblocks when they try to cancel,” Samuel Levine, director of the FTC Bureau of Consumer Protection, said in a statement. “The FTC will continue to work to protect Americans from these illegal business practices.” Adobe’s general Counsel and fiduciary Dana Rao said the company will fight the FTC in court. In a statement published on the company’s website, Rao said: “Subscription services are convenient, flexible and affordable, allowing users to choose the plan that best suits their needs, timeline and budget. Our priority is to ensure that our customers always have a positive experience. “We are transparent about the terms and conditions of our subscription agreements and will disprove the FTC’s allegations in court.”

More details continue to come as the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S25 family approaches. Now the new color options of the Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus have been leaked.
More details continue to come as the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S25 family approaches. Now the new color options of the Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus have been leaked.
Tarun Vats, one of the experienced leak sources of Twitter or X as it is now known, shared a remarkable visual. The image shows two Samsung phones, one in light green and the other in light blue. These colors according to Tarun Vats Galaxy S25 and there will be green and blue color options to be used in the S25 Plus.
In the previous leak, it was stated that at least four colors would be available in the Galaxy S25, that is, the starting model, and that the S25 Plus may be available with an additional color option. The S25 Plus will include green, blue, midnight blue, silver and midnight black. Night black will only be on Plus. In recent years, other special color options have also been offered to users. There will probably be special colors in the S25 series as well. The future of the Galaxy S25 Ultra is emphasized in titanium black, titanium blue, titanium gray and titanium silver. The colors of the Ultra model were also confirmed by several different sources.
It was said that the colors on the S25 and S25 Plus would be vibrant and bright. However, Tarun Vats’ post was disappointing in this respect. Colors look dull. On the other hand, sources close to the company claimed that there will be a Slim model in the S25 series. The Slim model will take the design of the S25 as a basis, but will be thinner and lighter. However, rumors about the S25 Slim remain weak and this model may not be available at launch, but after the launch of the series.

Google makes a move that will excite Android users Android 16 had announced an earlier release timeline for . Now, new information has come to light about the exact release date.
According to the report, Android 16 will be officially released on June 3, 2025. This date marks much earlier than Android’s traditional Q3 or Q4 launches. This accelerated release schedule of Google aims to ensure that devices in the Android ecosystem are updated faster and more devices are released with Android 16. This step offers a strategic advantage, especially for the launch of the Pixel 10 series. Pixel 10 models, which are expected to be released in August 2025, are almost certain to come with Android 16 out of the box.
What to Expect?
The new Android version will not only be released on June 3 to the Android Open Source Project (AOSP), but also compatible OTA (Over-the-Air) updates for Pixel devices are also planned to be available on the same day. This will allow other smartphone manufacturers to deliver Android 16-based updates to their users more quickly.
While this move by Google will offer Pixel users the opportunity to experience the innovations of the new version earlier, it will also enable other Android device manufacturers to undergo a rapid adaptation process. The main innovations that come with the new operating system include more advanced artificial intelligence integrations, advanced security features and a more fluid user experience.

HPE (Hewlett Packard Enterprise) Announces Industry’s First Liquid Cooled System Architecture
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE) announced the industry’s first 100 percent fanless, direct liquid-cooled system architecture to improve the energy and cost efficiency of large-scale AI systems.
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE) announced the industry’s first 100 percent fanless, direct liquid-cooled system architecture to improve the energy and cost efficiency of large-scale AI systems.
Although efficiency is increasing in new generation computing infrastructures, energy consumption is also increasing with the rapid development of artificial intelligence and more is needed than traditional liquid cooling techniques.
The most effective way to cool new generation artificial intelligence systems is through direct liquid cooling systems pioneered by HPE. Thanks to this new cooling technology, the systems designed by HPE managed to be included in 7 of the top 10 supercomputers on the Green500 list, which lists the world’s most energy-efficient supercomputers.
HPE‘s 100 percent fanless direct liquid cooling architecture will enable the cost and energy efficiency advantages already enjoyed by leading AI systems to extend to all organizations working on productive AI.
“As organizations seize the opportunities created by generative AI, they must also support sustainability goals, combat increasing power requirements, and reduce operational costs,” said HPE President and CEO Antonio Neri. Our new architecture uses only liquid cooling and provides greater energy and cost savings than alternative hybrid cooling solutions on the market. “HPE’s expertise in deploying the world’s largest liquid-cooled IT environments and our decades of market leadership positions us perfectly to capture demand for AI.”
The new system architecture is built on the following four pillars:
- 8-component cooling design with liquid cooling for full blade server fabric, network, local storage, GPU, CPU, rack/cabinet, pod/cluster, and cooler distribution unit (CDU)
- High-density, high-performance system design, complemented by rigorous testing, monitoring software and on-site service to support the successful deployment of sophisticated computing and cooling systems
- Massively integrated network fabric design to integrate low-cost and low-power connections
- Open system design offering flexibility in the selection of accelerators
The 100 percent fanless direct liquid cooling architecture offers unique advantages, including a 37 percent reduction in cooling power required per blade server compared to hybrid direct liquid cooling alone. This reduces electricity costs, carbon emissions and data center fan noise. Additionally, systems using this architecture support greater server cabinet density and take up half less space.
