Mercedes tests new generation of humanoid robots
In the first stage, robots will be used in component and module transport operations to help technicians working on the production line. It is also stated that the parts have the ability to perform their first quality controls. Robots will be trained through teleoperation and augmented reality. With this method, it will be ensured that they can work autonomously and reduce their needs for human intervention.
Robots’ artificial intelligence -supported abilities include the ability to charge themselves when their batteries decrease. At Mercedes’ digital factory campus, a digital factory chat boat is used to access production databases and offer information about machine care.
The use of humanoid robots in the automobile industry will not only be limited to Mercedes. While Tesla continued to develop its own humanoid robot technology, BMW commits a similar system at its factory in South Carolina last year.
Chinese Dongfeng Motors began to use a robot with artificial intelligence at its factory last year. In the automotive sector, the integration of humanoid robots into production processes gained momentum, while such systems are expected to become more common in the future. Samsung’s Exynos 2500 plans remain uncertainty
Samsung’s new generation chipset Exynos 2500 was initially designed to be used in the Galaxy S25 series. However, this plan was canceled due to productivity problems and Samsung decided to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gene 4 chips on their flagship phones.

Samsung’s new generation chipset Exynos 2500 was initially designed to be used in the Galaxy S25 series. However, this plan was canceled due to productivity problems and Samsung decided to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gene 4 chips on their flagship phones.
Later, it was rumored that the Exynos 2500 could be included in the Galaxy Z Flip7. However, new reports from the center of Samsung in Korea show that there is no clear decision in the mobile section of the company. It is said that the chip can only be used in the more affordable Galaxy Z Flip Fe. If this scenario occurs, the Flip Fe model can be released a few months after the Flip7 and Fold7, which is expected to be released in July.
This postponement will allow Samsung to earn more time to increase the production efficiency of the Exynos 2500 and optimize its performance. However, Samsung knows that foldable phones have been successful only with Snapdragon chip sets so far, and is cautious about changing the winning formula. The logic behind the idea of allocating the Exynos 2500 to a cheaper model seems to be like this.
Samsung’s greatest concern in this process, the problems experienced in Exynos 2500 future Exynos 2600 is expected to be introduced for the year. The company aims to be able to use the Exynos 2600 earlier in the Galaxy S26 series without any problems. Samsung is currently “working with full capacity” for the exynos 2600 and focuses on increasing the performance of the chip.
While these uncertainties continue, it seems likely that Samsung will continue to use Snapdragon in Flip7 and Fold7. However, it will be necessary to wait a few more months to be clarified whether the Flip Fe will be released with Exynos 2500.
