LG Electronics Aims for Further Growth and Change to Increase the Value It Adds to Its Customers in a Rapidly Changing Global Market.
LG Electronics (LG) announced organizational changes that will take another step towards achieving its Future Vision 2030, announced in July. The changes are being made to enhance organizational capabilities and business competitiveness to realize LG’s vision of evolving into a smart living solution company that extends consumer experiences beyond home appliances.
A key part of the forward-looking strategy is the newly established Overseas Sales and Marketing Company, which will report directly to LG Electronics CEO William Cho. The company will be led by Thomas Yoon, who previously served as President and CEO of LG Electronics North America.
The Overseas Sales and Marketing Company will play a key role in accelerating change and growth, as well as enhancing LG’s global brand strength by discovering and developing opportunities to create customer value. The new organization will manage overseas sales subsidiaries in North America, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Asia (Global Marketing Group; and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Sales Business Group).
LG Electronics will not only seek to strengthen executive talent in overseas operations of strategically critical businesses, including B2B operations. It will also provide the necessary support for the qualitative growth of all other business units by helping to develop overseas sales expertise, as well as accelerating the advancement of platform-based businesses and innovative D2C business models. D2C Business Group will take on the role of expanding customer contact points by strengthening Online Brand Store (OBS) activities and digital marketing capabilities based on customer data.
LG Electronics will aim to promote the further development of original technologies in each business unit and support the company’s business transformation, while maintaining agile and responsive decision-making across all four business units.
White Goods and Air Conditioning Solutions (H&A) Company will establish an engineering sales division under the Air Conditioning Solutions Business Unit to leverage engineering capabilities to maximize business synergies in its core B2B business area of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). Additionally, the Home Beauty Business will be transferred from the Home Entertainment Company to the H&A Company to create synergies with existing strong product lines in the ‘Home’ domains.
Home Entertainment (HE) Company is poised to further accelerate its transition to becoming a media and entertainment hub. To strengthen the smart TV operating system webOS, the webOS SW Development Group will be established, which will report directly to HE Company President Park Hyoung-sei. Additionally, an eExtended Reality (XR) Business Unit will be established, reporting directly to the headquarters.
Chairman Park, who has led the company since 2019, was promoted for his contributions to developing the company’s business portfolio, increasing the profitability of premium product lines and expanding the webOS platform, as well as consolidating the company’s position in the global OLED TV market.
Vehicle Component Solutions (VS) Company will establish the Global Customer Strategy Division directly under its headquarters to create an integrated strategy for order and sales management and strengthen marketing functions to accelerate business growth.
Business Solutions (BS) Company will expand its sales and business operations in major regions such as North America, Europe, Central Asia, Asia and Latin America. The existing B2B India Business Department will be upgraded to B2B India Business Unit to drive continued growth in the country.
All innovations will be valid as of December 1 and promotions will come into force on the first day of the new year.

There is news about Constantine 2, which has been awaited for years but never came. The script of the film has been completed. Producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura said he was afraid to read the script.
The movie Constantine, starring Keanu Reeves, was released in 2005 and was appreciated. It was wondered when the sequel to Constantine, which has become a cult production over the years, would arrive. There have been new developments in this regard. Firstly Constantine 2‘s script has been completed. Secondly, statements came from producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura. Speaking to Comicbook, Bonaventura said the script was in his inbox and he was too scared to read it.
Bonaventura said in a statement: “You know that the script is in the inbox right now. I’m hesitant to read the script, in fact I’m very scared. I want it to be good so bad I can’t tell you. “I will probably read and finish the script in the next few days,” he said.
John Constantine is one of DC Comics’ occult detective and exorcist heroes. Keanu Reeves played John Constantine after his success in The Matrix. In fact, the type of character in the comics is different. For this reason, criticism was made that Keanu Reeves was the wrong casting choice. But the film received positive reactions from the audience and was loved. As we mentioned at the beginning, Constantine became a cult movie. Fans have wanted a second movie to be shot for the past 20 years, and Keanu Reeves has expressed many times that he wants to play John Constantine again.
Still, it’s clear that we have to wait for Constantine 2. With the script being passed around, it takes time for any production to begin. Considering that James Gunn will start his rebooted DC universe with Creature Commandos and the long-awaited Superman movie, it is a matter of curiosity how Constantine 2 will fit into these plans.

It was announced 10 years ago that Watch Dogs would come to the big screen. Years after the first announcement, the expected news finally came. The shooting of the movie is over. Here are the details…
Watch Dogs The shooting of the movie started in July. In fact, this development was announced with a set photo with the message “Lights_Camera_Action.exe”. The end of filming was celebrated in a similar way. The ending announcement again includes a set photo and the words “run film_wrapped.exe(#watchdogsmovie.mp4) … >Filming complete!” It was done with the message.
Watch Dogs, as it is known, is a series that includes high technology and focuses on hacking. However, there was little movement in plans to adapt the series for the big screen. However, Ubisoft kept details about the film’s plot secret. However, in a news shared by Deadline earlier this year, it was announced that the director of the film was Mathieu Turi (he is currently adapting A Plague Tale for television) and the script was entrusted to Christie LeBlanc. LeBlanc previously wrote the screenplay for Netflix’s science fiction thriller Oxygen. The cast of Watch Dogs includes Tom Blyth, Markella Kavenagh and Sophie Wilde. But which other actors are involved is still a secret.
It’s unclear whether the movie has an original story or is based on one of the three games released so far. The story may be the first game to feature Aiden Pearce as the protagonist and take place in Chicago. Maybe it could be the second game or Watch Dogs Legion, which has a brutal and gloomy atmosphere set in post-Brexit London, released in 2020. We will continue to share with you new details about the film as we receive them.
